PowerSiren allows you to create, upload, store, and schedule content (text, images, videos, links) for posting. This content may contain personal information depending on what you choose to include. We process this content to provide the Services, including scheduling and publishing.

 

 

Social media account connection data (OAuth / platform data)

 

 

In Short: When you connect a social platform, we process the information needed to enable posting and related features.

 

When you connect accounts (e.g., Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, Google Business Profile, etc.), we may receive and store:

 

  • Platform account/page/channel identifiers

  • Display name and basic profile/account metadata

  • Permissions granted by you

  • Access tokens and refresh tokens (where applicable) to act on your behalf

  • Platform-provided analytics and engagement metrics (as available)

 

 

We use this information to connect and maintain your channels, publish/schedule posts, and show performance metrics.

 

 

Payment Data

 

 

If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by our payment processors. We may receive limited information such as billing details, last 4 digits of a card, payment status, and transaction IDs. We do not store full payment card numbers.

  • Customer support (respond to requests, debug issues, communicate updates)

  • Security and fraud prevention (detect abuse, protect accounts, enforce rate limits)

  • Product improvement (diagnose crashes, improve UX, performance monitoring)

  • Connected channel tokens: kept while the channel is connected; removed/invalidated when disconnected or upon request (subject to technical constraints and backups)

  • Scheduled content and media: kept while you retain it in your account; removed upon deletion (subject to backups)

  • Logs/security events: retained for a limited period for security, audit, and troubleshooting

 

 

If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal information where feasible, subject to legal and backup requirements.

 


 

 

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

 

 

In Short: We use security measures, but no system is perfectly secure.
