We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. However, content you choose to publish or store in PowerSiren may contain sensitive information. You control what content you upload and schedule.
Do we collect any information from third parties?
Yes. When you connect social media accounts, we receive information from those platforms (e.g., account/page IDs, profile name, permissions, and access tokens) and may receive analytics/engagement data that the platform makes available.

We process your information to provide and secure the Services, publish/schedule posts across your connected accounts, provide analytics, maintain our platform, communicate with you, and comply with law.

PowerSiren allows you to create, upload, store, and schedule content (text, images, videos, links) for posting. This content may contain personal information depending on what you choose to include. We process this content to provide the Services, including scheduling and publishing.
In Short: When you connect a social platform, we process the information needed to enable posting and related features.
When you connect accounts (e.g., Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, Google Business Profile, etc.), we may receive and store:
Platform account/page/channel identifiers
Display name and basic profile/account metadata
Permissions granted by you
Access tokens and refresh tokens (where applicable) to act on your behalf
Platform-provided analytics and engagement metrics (as available)
We use this information to connect and maintain your channels, publish/schedule posts, and show performance metrics.
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by our payment processors. We may receive limited information such as billing details, last 4 digits of a card, payment status, and transaction IDs. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Payment processors may include: [Stripe], [PayPal], [Razorpay], [Paystack] (replace with your actual list). Their privacy notices apply to payment data they process.
In Short: Some information (like IP address and device characteristics) is collected automatically.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services, such as:
